Millennial challenge: Different approaches needed for the new generation of doctors

One of the biggest challenges facing hospitals and medical groups seeking to recruit new physicians is that of housing costs. Expensive cities, such as Santa Monica and other sections of Los Angeles, can make attracting them more difficult, as these young physicians, who often carry hefty medical school debt and can find themselves in a perpetual rental situation, unable to afford purchasing their first home.
